NCNMO in the United States of America’s Constitution
We, the Nigerian Muslim Organizations in the United States of America discovered that there is a lack of interaction and cooperation among the members of our communities. The absence of these elements leads to disunity and inability to share joys and solve problems with fellow Muslim brothers and sisters. Sharing joys and solving problems with fellow Muslims are among the principles recommended in the Holy Qur’an and the tradition of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him). In order to promote cooperation, unity, and propagation of Islam, we do hereby establish the National Council of Nigerian Muslim Organizations in the United States of America and this Constitution.
In pursuance of this goal we do hereby, solemnly and voluntarily submit ourselves to the will of Allah (SWT) and abide by the provisions of this constitution.
